When will I get my package?
I operate on a 0 – 5 day processing time before shipping. My aim is to ship next day or as soon as possible but as I’m a one woman operation and keep limited made-up stock I sometimes need a few days to make up your banners or bags. How much does shipping cost?
I use the Courier Guy to ship products to your door (or nearest Courier Guy locker if you prefer) for a flat rate of only R70. Orders over R800 will be shipped for FREE. The Courier Guy delivers within 2 – 3 days excluding weekends and public holidays. If you are in Cape Town and I have your product in stock you will probably receive your package within 48 hours or less, unless it is a weekend. Thursday and Friday orders will only arrive in the next week. Deliveries to other parts of SA usually arrive on the third weekday after they are shipped. If you are concerned about timing please contact me to find out if I have stock and will be able to ship the next day.
I do offer prority shipping but this does not mean your parcel will arrive the next day. I still need up to 5 working days processing time or more for very large orders. Priority parcels will arrive the day after I ship them to main centres or 2 days after to smaller towns. KZN including Durban takes the 2 days. This option will mean your parcel reaches you one to two days sooner than standard shipping.
